Shortcuts are one of the most useful features because they allow you to perform numerous operations in one go.

The shortcuts created by your technician are system-bound and cannot be modified (though you can hide them), but by accessing the dedicated page, you can add new ones.

Click on the button with three dots in the top right, then on Edit.

To add a new Shortcut, simply click the + button at the bottom right.

You can customize the appearance (color and icon), assign a name and description, define operations, and specify the status of an item.
