# Shortcuts

*Shortcuts* are one of the most useful features because they allow you to perform numerous operations in one go.

{% hint style="info" %}
The shortcuts created by your technician are system-bound and cannot be modified (though you can hide them), but by accessing the dedicated page, you can add new ones.
{% endhint %}

Click on the button with three dots in the top right, then on *Edit*.

To add a new Shortcut, simply click the **+** button at the bottom right.

<div align="left"><img src="/files/3L6NgOR6OCoXFfslrhLV" alt="" width="300"></div>

You can customize the appearance (color and icon), assign a name and description, define operations, and specify the status of an item.
