# Recupero Password
Nel caso non ricordassi più la password, puoi richiedere un ripristino accedendo alle impostazioni dell'app utente.
Clicca quindi sui tre puntini in alto a destra e seleziona la voce *Ripristina Password Utente*.
Verrà quindi inviata una email all'indirizzo associato al tuo account. Clicca quindi il pulsante *Recupera Password* sull'email ricevuta.
Si aprirà automaticamente una finestra sul tuo browser predefinito. Ti verrà quindi richiesto di scrivere due volte la nuova password (la seconda volta per conferma).

Il ripristino della password richiede che all'account sia stato associato un indirizzo email corretto. Se non ricevi il link di ripristino al tuo indirizzo email, è possibile che sia stato associato un indirizzo differente.
È possibile cambiare l'indirizzo email anche dall'app ma si deve essere in possesso della password. In caso contrario vi chiediamo di contattarci direttamente.
