Account Deletion

The account deletion procedure requires special attention. To avoid errors, we introduced an internally managed process. Before proceeding, we verify the reasons for the request.

If the account belongs to the System owner, deleting it will also result in the deletion of the System and all related data.

If the account belongs to a secondary user, you can request its deletion from the technician who configured the system.

Request deletion

The deletion request can be sent directly from the app. Alternatively, you can contact support at [e-mail].

To send a deletion request, go to the app settings and open the Account section.

Once in the Account section, scroll down to the Delete Account option.

A window will open where you will be asked to provide the reason for your request.

Tapping Send Request will start the verification process.
