# Password Recovery
If you no longer remember your password, you can start the reset process by going to the app Settings and then to the *Account* section.
Tap *Reset User Password* to start the recovery process.
An email will be sent to the address associated with your account. In the email you receive, tap the *Recover Password* button.
A window will automatically open in your default browser. Enter the new password twice (the second time is for confirmation).

Password reset requires a valid email address to be associated with the account. If you do not receive the reset link, a different email address may have been linked.
You can also change the email address from the app, but you must know your current password. Otherwise, contact us directly.
