# Password Recovery If you forget your password, you can request a reset by accessing the user app settings.

Then click on the three dots at the top right and select the option *Reset User Password*.

An email will then be sent to the address associated with your account. Click the *Recover Password* button in the email received.

A window will automatically open in your default browser. You will then be asked to enter the new password twice (the second time for confirmation).

{% hint style="warning" %} Password recovery requires that a correct email address is associated with the account. If you do not receive the reset link at your email address, it is possible that a different address was associated. It is possible to change the email address from the app as well, but you must have the password. Otherwise, please contact us directly.
