If you forget your password, you can request a reset by accessing the user app settings.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select the option Reset User Password.
An email will then be sent to the address associated with your account. Click the Recover Password button in the email received.
A window will automatically open in your default browser. You will then be asked to enter the new password twice (the second time for confirmation).
It is possible to change the email address from the app as well, but you must have the password. Otherwise, please contact us directly. The password reset requires a correct email address associated with the account.
If you do not receive the reset link at your email address, it is possible that a different address was associated.
